.: How Can We As Individuals Become More Healthy??? :.




3 factors contribute to healthy body:

1. FOOD
2. SLEEP
3. EXERCISE
4. AGE

* as we get older we tend to need less of  all three listed above (food, sleep and exercise).
Metabolism slows with age, so we feel less hungry.
With age we become less active and therefore needs less sleep.
However, all 3 basics (FSE) are required at any age if we are to remain relatively young and healthy throughout our alloted span.

Hye guys..please do ASSUME that :



* You are a young man or woman of about 18 years old. 
* You have an interest in sports as well as in academic work, preparatory to employment. 
* You are looking forward to a long, active, trouble-free and healthy life.
* You have been born with healthy genes and have a both normal resistance to disease and a good recovery rate. MasyaAllah..lucky you! :)
* You are also not born with any physical defects or handicaps which require special medical treatment.
* You also have an average to good health record
* You wish to keep your health and improve it.

but how??how to keep healthy for life long..

these are the ways to help you maintain your body keep healthy :)




1. FOOD





 Take food. The temptation is to overeat. Stop when you stop feeling hungry!


WHAT TO EAT??
* Try to avoid "convenience" food!
keeps the intake of carbohydrates, fats and sugar low.
* eat FRESH vegetables (not overcooked) are excellent !!
p/s: eating sweets, chocolates, ice creams and cakes between meals can undo all your good intentions. 


WHEN TO EAT??
* Three meals a day in a small portion amount should be enough for a young man/ woman.


p/s: dun forget LADIES! that you need to get food by follow the rules. Too much slimming can destroy appetite and lead to the downward spiral of starvation, anorexia. 




2. SLEEP





WE ARE YOUNG BUT STILL SLEEP LIKE A BABY! SO NICE :)

GOOD SLEEP ;) GIVE FABULOUS MOOD AFFECT ONCE WE WAKE UP IN THE MORNING..FEEL FRESH FOR ONE WHOLE DAY :)


* Sleep is even more crucial than food.
* young - better sleep 8 hours per night 
elderly - 6 to 7 hours per night should be enough
* A medium to hard bed and circulating fresh air make for the deepest sleep.
* nice bedroom helps you to have a good sleep





* avoid messy bedroom



* Go to bed early, say not much after 11 p.m
p/s: the late night movies or disco should be the exception








3. EXERCISE





* EXERCISE is essential to everybody
* play sport, football, basketball, walking, running, cycling, jogging keeps the body in tune and sets up the kind of strength and stamina which pay devidends in later life in health. 







* Never say NO to exercise when we exchange to STUDENTSHIP ---> EMPLOYMENT cause within this period all too quickly the body runs to fat.
* Exercise helps you to prevent respiratory problems and heart problems
* Avoid vigorous exercise
